Citizen-Led Renewal

Building a New Nigeria, One Community at a Time

Project 35Ten is a citizen-led movement uniting Nigeria’s brightest minds to rebuild trust, strengthen communities, and shape the future of democracy through evidence-based action and collaboration.

Why We Exist

Nigeria Deserves a New Model of Leadership

For too long, public life has been shaped by patronage, division, and short-term thinking. Project 35Ten was founded to change that pattern by organizing citizens around competence, accountability, and shared progress.

We believe that leadership should be earned through service, ideas should matter more than slogans, and governance should be anchored on trust and evidence.

Citizens connecting in pods
The Pod System

From Conversation to Collective Action

Each pod is a small group of 12 citizens united by purpose. Together, they identify community challenges, design practical solutions, and drive measurable progress.

When members start their own pods, the network grows. This creates a powerful movement—independent in form, aligned in purpose, and built on trust.

TRUST • ACTION • IMPACT

Community members serving
The Social Fabric Initiative

Restoring Trust Through Service

Decades of poor governance have weakened the bond between citizens and leadership. The Social Fabric Initiative rebuilds trust through direct community action—supporting the vulnerable, creating opportunity, and modelling good governance.

This is not charity; it is nation-building in practice.

Become a Guardian

Lead the Change. Shape the Future.

Guardians are the founding leaders of Project 35Ten. Each Guardian convenes a pod of 12 trusted citizens; professionals, entrepreneurs, or change-makers who take responsibility for their community's development.

This is an invitation to use your network, influence, and ideas to lead national transformation through collaboration and integrity.
